• EmploymentUniversity Preparation Charter School provides a stimulating employment experience.  All staff work as a part of a Professional Learning Community that is dedicated to student success.  Teachers work on collaborative teams that meet several times a week to review student data, plan quality standards based lessons, and discuss success plans for students.  Our fulltime teaching staff consists of approximately 35 certificated teachers.  At the elementary school site, we have  5 Team Teachers and 4 Instructional Aides who provide support to teachers and students through our Learning Center where students go to receive intensive intervention lessons.  At the middle school site, there are 2 Team Teachers that assist classroom teachers and students by providing intervention and support for students as necessary.  We also employee 12 hourly teachers who provide specialists classes in art, music, cultural studies, and other exciting topics.  We have approximately 70 employees including certificated full-time, certificated hourly, and classified.
