Mrs. Verónica M. Solórzano is a member of the UCPS administrative team. Mrs. Solórzano has been a member of the UCPS community since 2004. She had been a teacher on leave from Oxnard Elementary School District and was a Spanish dual teacher on the Primary Years team at UPS for 7 years. She is starting her 22nd year in education. Mrs. Solórzano earned a bachelor’s degree in American Literature and Culture from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from California State University, Northridge.
In her role as Director, she continues to work with our amazing UPCS community. She is always eager to lend support to students, families, staff and to all our life-long learners.
In her free time, Mrs. Solórzano loves to spend time with her family and friends. She has two children. The oldest is a former UPS and UCMS student now attending college. and her youngest child is a student at UPCS. She has a passion for cooking and is always trying new recipes.
She looks forward to another amazing year!
