    Collaboration and communication between parents and staff is a priority at University Preparation Charter School. In an effort to build on this belief, and to ensure academic success for all students, we are implementing Zangle Parent Connection. As you may have heard at this year’s orientation, the Parent Connection application provides parents secured Internet access to a wide array of their children’s school data. Parents will have immediate access to various information such as school and classroom news, student demographics, student schedules, attendance activity, class assignments, report cards & progress reports, health & immunizations, and standardized testing results. Access to this program is optional; no parent is required to use this system.

     

    In order to maintain the security of information and to uphold the county privacy policy, we must ask that you visit the school in person to obtain your login and password information. This way we may ensure that this information is provided to authorized users only. Only primary guardians will have access as authorized users.

     

    We are offering multiple opportunities for parents and guardians to come to the UPCS office to complete paperwork and obtain login and passwords.  We hope that one of the following times will be convenient for you. Please call the school to set up an alternate time if you are unable to come during one of the times below:

    • 7:30am -  4:00pm any school day
    • When you come for parent-teacher conferences in October (information from teachers coming soon)

     

    Please note the following:

    • We ask that you bring with you a photo ID
    • Each parent/guardian will need to sign to obtain access
    • When you visit the school you will be asked to agree to the privacy policy (see below)
