Echo Reves currently serves as the Director of Curriculum and Instruction / Principal at University Preparation Charter School. With 18 years of teaching experience and 11 years as a Teacher on Special Assignment, she brings both instructional expertise and visionary leadership to her work in education.

Previously a Content Specialist and Multilingual Coordinator at the Ventura County Office of Education, Echo has supported teachers, programs, and systems across the county in strengthening multilingual education, instructional equity, and student engagement. She holds a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction and Administration, and is a National Certified GLAD Trainer, in addition to numerous other certifications that reflect her commitment to professional growth.

Echo is known for leading with heart and purpose; turning challenges into opportunities for connection, growth, and transformation. She is passionate about amplifying educator voice, fostering collaborative school cultures, and leading continuous improvement that advances equity and excellence. She designs experiences that bring out the best in educators, inspires inclusive practices, and believes deeply in the power of learning communities to create lasting change. A lifelong learner and fierce advocate for students, Echo is dedicated to creating inclusive learning environments where every learner is seen, supported, and empowered.
